    FOUNDER, HEAD COACH

  • Meet Blake

My journey to becoming a coach started when I was twelve. I was just a typical kid—playing, eating junk food, and having fun—until a comment from my grandfather about my weight made me suddenly aware of my appearance. From that moment, I started comparing myself to others, hoping to “fit in” by losing weight.

Running became a big part of my life, and I eventually joined my high school cross-country team. I told myself it was about speed, but deep down, it was my way of coping with insecurities. Over time, I developed frequent stomach pains and indigestion that I thought were due to food intolerances, but after countless tests, doctors told me the root was mental. I was diagnosed with an eating and exercise disorder, realizing that my intense focus on food and fitness had taken a toll on my body and mind.

Determined to heal, I worked with a counselor, a trainer, and a nutritionist to rebuild my physical and mental health. I learned that food and exercise shouldn’t be punishments, but ways to care for myself. I now strive to help others avoid the path I took and instead build a healthy lifestyle rooted in self-love.

You can’t hate yourself into a body you love.
